CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time of our staff and other clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking. 24-Hour Notice Required We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Same-Day Bookings Appointments booked within 24 hours of the service time are non-refundable if cancelled. How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, text, or through your booking confirmation link. We do not accept cancellations via social media. Credit Card on File A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. By booking, you authorize us to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file.
